As a US tax advisor, my extensive cross-border knowledge has allowed me to support companies in all stages of growth. With over 15 years of experience advising on US tax matters, I work with companies from a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and transportation.
My expertise includes US tax planning, structure selection, and corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, and financing). I’ve also assisted companies with their expansion into the US marketplace.
While I’m a Canadian-trained CPA, I also hold a US CPA designation and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family, whether it’s hiking scenic trails or simply exploring nature together.
