With over 12 years of experience advising both private and public companies, I specialize in helping clients make strategic investments and protect deal value by providing comprehensive transaction support for buying and selling companies, including financial due diligence, working capital analysis, and key deal term negotiation across various industries.

I'm passionate about solving complex challenges clients face during transactions and deliver practical solutions by connecting the right people to drive value, particularly for those navigating uncertainty for the first time.

Before joining Doane Grant Thornton, I gained experience in a number of areas including post-merger integration, corporate finance, portfolio management, and strategy consulting. This allows me to provide distinctive insights to my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy road trips, coaching my little daughters in bouldering and swimming, and spending quality time with my family. These activities help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my professional life.
