As a Senior Manager in our Indirect Tax practice, I help clients with a full spectrum of real estate activities from property development to complex transactions, including working with Indigenous organizations to navigate the unique tax challenges and opportunities they encounter.
Over the last 13 years, I have honed my expertise in Canadian sales tax, which spans across a range of sectors. My guidance ensures that businesses operate in a tax compliant and efficient manner. I also have a consistent track record of securing substantial refunds for my clients through my leadership of sales tax recovery engagements. This greatly benefits clients in the construction and real estate market as such recoveries have a significant impact on profitability.
My passion for sales tax drives the mentorship that I provide to my colleagues. I enjoy helping them develop their advisory skills, specifically with federal and BC sales taxes. My approach is practical and results-driven, aimed at enhancing our firm’s capabilities in tax consultancy for the real estate market.
