I work closely with owners and management teams to ensure their needs are met throughout the year by helping them explore new ideas and resources in pursuit of growth opportunities. I’m pleased to assist my clients with a range of advisory services, including corporate restructuring to assist with asset protection, tax strategies and succession planning; cash flow projections and working capital determination to support new projects and acquisitions; management remuneration and key employee retention planning; and assistance with sale of the business and estate planning.
