I can help with transactions, tax planning and strategy, and succession planning.

With more than five decades of experience, I work with business owners and their families to optimize their business operations wherever they are in the business lifecycle from start up to succession. I’ve worked side-by-side with owners as they’ve navigated ownership changes, including mergers, sale and intergenerational business transfers. I’ve also directly supported several private investment and real estate companies by serving as director on their boards.

In my younger years, I spent over two decades playing competitive fastball as a catcher. My wife and I are proud to have raised our two daughters in Delta, BC and now enjoy spending time with our grandson. These days, we spend our free time chipping away at our golf handicaps and touring in our lovingly restored Triumph TR6 roadster or our more modern Corvette Grand Sport.
