I help clients navigate change, improve organizational effectiveness, and tackle transformation challenges.

With over 25 years of experience, I focus on identifying the roadblocks holding organizations back, facilitating the tough conversations needed for real change, and collaborating with leaders to create clear roadmaps to success.

Before joining Doane Grant Thornton, I ran my own consulting company where I developed leadership programs and services that helped individuals, teams, and organizations perform at their best. I’m a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™), and fluent in PROSCI and advanced facilitation tools and techniques.

Outside of work, I teach part-time at the University of New Brunswick and mentor newcomers at the Saint John Newcomers Centre. I also play in the Saint Mary’s Community Band and love spending time with my family, hiking with my husband, travelling with each of my four children, and enjoying everything Saint John has to offer.
