In a buy/sell transaction process, companies often work with incomplete information, a short timeline, and high pressure from all sides. With my experience in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, I work with my clients and colleagues to identify deal-breakers, key risks, and opportunities for growth, and help them negotiate, create strategies, and generate value.
I’ve built a reputation of technical excellence and providing robust advice at critical decision points. By walking in my client’s shoes and understanding their priorities and concerns, I navigate high stress situations and work collaboratively to provide significant value for their transactions, and build relationships based on trust and quality work.
Since joining the Transactions team in 2016, I’ve worked on a diverse set of engagements, offering due diligence advisory on transactions with deal sizes ranging from $5 million up to $250 million and supporting the group’s M&A and valuation engagements. Prior to this, I provided audit and assurance services with Grant Thornton’s Assurance practice.
Outside work, I enjoy traveling, hiking and and camping with my family.
